Acetylcholine Esterase Inhibitors

Acetylcholine esterase (AchE) is the enzyme that catalyzes the breakdown of Acetylcholine.
Acetylchiline esterase inhibitors are the drugs that stops the destruction of Ach, thus the overdose of it or poisoning mainly causes the parasympathetic actions.
Simple mnemonic for this is DUMBBEELSS.

DUMBBEELSS stands for Diarrhea, Urination, Miosis, Bradycardia, Bronchochonstriction, Emesis, Excitation, Lacrimation, Salivation & Sweating.

The antidote for AchE Inhibitor poisoning is Atropine
Pralidoxime is used for regeneration of AchE.
